Level II Certification:
Type of Participant: Commuter $1,295 (no hotel) Single $1,870 (with hotel)
Level II rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction and all taxes. Single Rate also includes: five nights accommodation.
   
Level III Certification:
Type of Participant: Commuter $1,595 (no hotel) Single $2,400 (with hotel)
Level III rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction, closing banquet dinner and all taxes. Single Rate also includes: seven nights accommodation.
   
Level IV Certification:
